Employer or Employee?

Okay, do you want to be an employer or an employee? If you are an employee, then it is hard to be an employer and harder to get out of the rat race. Some great employers started their companies in their spare time. If you have a passion for something that fills someone else's needs, go for it! Do what you can to start meeting a need and getting compensated for it! Then, build a business system that allows you to take less of a role in the every day business operations.
